Based at 17857 E Hwy 412 in Springdale, the owner-operated team maintains regular hours Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. This schedule supports customers statewide, whether they are near Old Washington Historic State Park, in Hope, Nashville, or farther afield.

I started Clayburn HVACR INC. after working on systems in Washington homes and seeing how the humid subtropical climate with hot summers and mild winters strains equipment in older Hempstead County houses near Old Washington Historic State Park.
